- SUBSCRIPTIONS -
We offer a subscription service where you can order your favourite sauces to be sent to you on a regular basis. Deliveries can be either every month or every two months. Please email info@thesaucepot.co.uk for more information.
- DELIVERY -
The delivery charge will be shown on the delivery confirmation page before you confirm your order. Orders of 1-3 items will be sent by Royal Mail at a cost of £3.95. 4-10 items will be sent by Evri at a cost of £5.50 and over 10 items will be sent by Evri at a cost of £7.35. We aim to have orders delivered in 3-5 working days. If the goods are not delivered within 28 days and an alternate date cannot be arranged the customer is within their rights to cancel the order and demand a full refund.
- REFUNDS -
Refunds Policy: If you receive a damaged item, we will refund the purchase price of the item if you provide proof of the damage. This includes broken bottles. Please take a photo of the damage and send it to us at info@thesaucepot.co.uk along with your order number. We will review the information and issue a refund if the damage is confirmed.
